extra.parts provides electronics inventory management tools including component tracking, storage location management, and PCB project tracking.
No Warranty
This service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
The operator does not guarantee:
- Accuracy or completeness of inventory data
- Uninterrupted service availability
- That the service will meet your specific requirements
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the service operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
This includes losses of profits, data, use, goodwill, or intangible losses arising from service access or inability to access.
Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Disrupt service infrastructure
- Circumvent access controls or rate limits
- Misrepresent their identity or request source
Service Modifications
The service is provided at no cost to registered users. The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice or liability.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, United States of America.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
