Summary

This service requires authentication to use. By using it, you acknowledge that we log server access data. We do not use cookies or browser-based tracking beyond a standard session cookie for authenticated users.

Information We Collect

Standard server logs capture:

• IP addresses
• Request timestamps
• URLs and query parameters
• HTTP headers (User-Agent, Referer, etc.)
• TLS connection metadata

Authenticated users provide a username and password. Inventory data you enter — catalog entries, stock quantities, storage locations, picklists, notes, photos — is stored in our database under your account.

When you scan a barcode or QR code through the service, the scan is logged (raw code, resolved object, timestamp, source device). If you or your device supplies latitude and longitude with the scan, those coordinates and the reported accuracy are stored alongside the scan event. Geolocation is always optional — the server accepts scans with or without coordinates.

We do not use browser fingerprinting or third-party analytics services. We do not embed any third-party scripts or tracking pixels.

How We Use Your Information

Collected data may be used for:

• Operating and improving the service
• Security monitoring and abuse prevention
• Capacity planning and performance analysis
• Compliance with legal obligations

Data Retention

Logs and collected data may be retained indefinitely.
